Exact Furniture is a manufacturer of lecterns, podiums, credenzas, desks, videoconferencing stands, workstations and rack carts for the audio/visual, educational, corporate and government markets. Exact Furniture’s products are produced on the latest, state of the art equipment and assembled and finished with skilled labor which results in a high quality fit and finish. We use furniture grade laminates and edge materials to ensure our products will last for years. All our products are carefully inspected before they leave the plant to ensure that you get the highest quality product possible.
Flexibility
At Exact Furniture we build your furniture to order so we can modify any of our products at our factory to suit your needs or if necessary build a custom unit to your specifications. Because we do not keep pre built units in inventory we can offer a very extensive list of options, one of the largest in the industry at over 40 standard options, that allows our customers to have the features they need added at the factory and not have to try to install or modify items on site.
We have done hundreds of cut outs over the years for Extron, Crestron, AMX and others, for a specific control panel, cable cubby or monitor as needed to create an Exact fit, saving your technicians valuable time in the field. Almost no change is too small and even moving a grommet hole from one part of the work surface to another is not a problem.
If you send us your monitor or Smart podium interactive display we can surface mount, flip mount, flush mount or install behind Plexiglas or tempered glass, wherever you need.
Color Options
We have 9 standard finishes available on almost all of our products and 20 custom finishes that are readily available for an additional cost. If you have a specific color you would like or a need to match existing furniture we can also use almost any laminate from Wilsonart, Formica, Arborite, Nevamar or Tafisa although some of them do require longer lead times and there is some additional cost. Custom Design
If you are designing a custom unit or heavily modifying one of our standard pieces our sales people and CAD designer will work closely with you including providing detailed drawings to make sure you get the finished product you want.
